Advisory for Responsible Traffic Movement during Drop Off and Pick Up

Dear Parents,

We would like to bring to your attention an important matter concerning traffic management outside the School premises during drop-off ( 7:15 AM – 7:30 AM) and pick-up ( 1:15 PM – 1:30 PM).

It has been observed that haphazard parking by some vehicles during these peak times is leading to traffic jams causing inconvenience to fellow commuters and, more importantly, blocking access for emergency vehicles like ambulances on the BRT. It also pose a risk to the safety of our children.

Such situations have not only drawn concern from the Traffic Police department but also reflect poorly on the values we stand for as a School community.

As responsible citizens, it is vital that we model the behaviour we wish to see in our children. Let us join hands to be the change we want to see around us by strictly adhering to traffic rules and courtesy and ensure that our actions contribute positively to the environment outside our School.

We request you to:

Avoid double parking or stopping your car in the middle of the road.

Park only in designated areas, even if it requires walking a few extra steps.

Cooperate with the School staff and traffic personnel managing the movement.

Be mindful of the impact that our actions have on other commuters

Your support is crucial in helping us ensure a safe, smooth, and respectful commute for all.
