Top honour in inter school IT fest

The students of The Indian School participated in VIRUS 2022, an inter school mega fest organised by Blue Bells International school on 17 November 2022.  The theme of this fest was ‘Techzen – Era of the Z’. The purpose of this theme was to place emphasis on the belief that the world is moving technologically with the efforts of Generation Z.

The event comprised several technology-based competitions for the students of classes IX–XII. These provided an opportunity to the students to  showcase their talent in the field of emerging technologies. Twenty-five schools from across Delhi- NCR participated in the event.

Sasmit Dey Sarkar and Md. Umar of class XII A participated online in the Code Mania category. The programming language used was Python and this event tested the programming abilities of the participants. Pranay Sadh of class XID secured the First Position in Pixpalette, a cultured closet designing event. Viraaj Gaba of class X D and Ayaan Nath of class X C participated in the gaming category titled ‘ARMAGEDDON’. Game codes for the Brawlhalla and Fallguys lobbies were provided on the ENIAC discord server at the time of the event. Nikhil Rajakumar of class VIIIE participated in the Minecraft category.

The students participated with great zeal and enthusiasm. It was an enriching experience where the students learned about upcoming technologies.

Achievement
