At the Zonal Athletic Meet 2016 (26th 28th October), Prajjwal Roy (11 B) took the Gold in the 100 and 200 m (Senior Boys') races, Raghav Kapoor (12 C) took the Silver n the 100 and 200 m (Senior Boys') races. Prajjwal Roy, Raghav Kapoor, Aman Pathania (11 E) and Gaurav Prasad (11 E) stood first in the 4 X 400 m relay (Senior Boys') race and second in the 4 X 100 m relay (Senior Boys') race. Gaurav Prasad (11 E) took the Gold in the 400 m (Senior Boys') race. Harsh Nawariya (11 E) was second in the Discus Throw (Senior Boys') and third in the Javelin Throw (Senior Boys'). Chirag Narang (11 C) stood second in the 5,000 m (Senior Boys') race. Harshini Thimbu (12 C) won the Gold in the Javelin Throw (Senior Girls'). Meghdeep Singh (10 C) won the Gold in the Discus Throw (Junior Boys') while Anmol Singh Gandhi (9 C) won the Silver in the same competition.
