In the 2nd Checkers Rapid Chess Tournament held on 5th April 2026 at MIPS College, Morta, Raj Nagar Extension, Ghaziabad, Shanzay Hayat of 5A secured the Second Position and was awarded a trophy along with a cash prize of 1,500.

In the P.R. Dutta Memorial International Open FIDE Rated Rapid Chess Tournament held on 11th and 12th April 2026 at Abhinav Global School, Sector 13, Dwarka, New Delhi. Shanzay Hayat of 5A secured the Third Position and was awarded a trophy and a cash prize of 3,500. In the Blitz category of the same tournament held on 12th April 2026, she secured the Fourth Position and was awarded a trophy.

Shanzay Hayat has secured an International FIDE Rating in the Blitz category of Chess and is among four Under-10 girls from Delhi.
