Reeba Khan of 11B has been chosen to join 'The Global STEM Alliance for 1000 Girls, 1000 Futures', a groundbreaking initiative by The New York Academy of Sciences which invites young women ages 13-17 around the world to receive mentorship from female STEM experts. Participants are enthusiastic learners with a passion for science, technology, engineering, and maths (STEM). Applicants are required to submit an essay to show their interest in research and their dedication towards the betterment of society with their analytical skills. The essay and the various achievements of the student at school are the basis for selection.
