The safety and well-being of our children is our foremost priority. Many children commute to and from School using private cabs/vans organised by their parents. To ensure their safe and smooth travel, we request your kind cooperation in adhering to the following guidelines.
Drop-off Timing: Parents must instruct cab drivers not to drop the children before 7 am. This helps us to maintain proper supervision and safety.
Driver Verification: Parents are required to submit the private cab driver’s verification documents (ID proof, license, police verification) to the respective class teachers if not already done.
Mother-Volunteer: It is advised that a mother volunteer be present on a rotational basis in every cab/van to ensure the safety of the children during travel.
Number of Children per Vehicle: Kindly ensure that the maximum number of children in the cab/van is strictly as per the norms prescribed for that type of vehicle. Overcrowding poses serious risks to safety.
Your cooperation in implementing these safety measures will go a long way in safeguarding our children. Together, we can ensure that their journey to and from school is safe, comfortable, and secure.
