ANNUAL EXAMINATION CIRCULAR 2017-18

CLASSESS I IX

Dear Parents, The ANNUAL EXAMS have been scheduled from 24th February, 2018 for classes I-VIII and from 23rd February, 2018 for class IX. School timings on the examination days will be as follows: Classes School Timings I to IX 7.30 am to 12 noon. Please note that during the exams, the dispersal of classes I to IX will be as follows:-

• Pre-School and Pre-primary dispersal from the FRONT gate (PARENTS) between 11.15 am and 11.30 am.
• Pre-School and Pre-primary dispersal from the BACK gate (VAN) between 11.45 am.
• Classes I-IV dispersal from the FRONT gate (PARENTS) between 11.15 am and 11.30 am
• Classes I-IV dispersal from the BACK gate (VAN) between 11:45 am.
• Classes V-IX dispersal from the FRONT gate(PARENTS) between 11.30 am and 11.45 am
• Classes V-IX dispersal from the BACK gate(VAN) between 11.30am and 11.45am
• For classes I-IX dispersal from the Front (small gate) (BUSES) at 12 noon.
• For Pre-School and Pre-primary dispersal from the FRONT ( small gate) (BUSES) between 11.45 am and 12 noon.

Please make timely arrangements for your wards. I. INSTRUCTIONS a) Use of unfair means will be viewed strictly. Paper will be cancelled if any unfair means is used. b) Non exams days will be preparatory leave for the concerned classes. II.ACTIVITIES :
