Dear Parents,
At our School, as you know, we customarily organise an annual exhibition on the occasion of Independence Day. We believe it is important to remind ourselves that it is the strides we take in science and technology, that alone can liberate our motherland in the modern world. And here, we are proud to note that the children and their teachers spare no effort to make a mission of it. They intensely explore to discover the myriad facets of the topic selected and share what they assimilate. This is their small but special offering to the dear cause of our freedom. This year our focus for the exhibition is Disaster Management'. Anticipating the possibility of types of disasters can lead to a reduction in the vulnerability of the community to such an event. On display, shall be models, handcrafted by the students, demonstrating how science can better predict these occurrences and devise measures, like monitoring networks and early warning systems. The students shall endeavour to highlight the investment of human and social capital, modern communication, infrastructure and sustainable development, to ensure a high quality of life, wisely using natural resources through participatory action.
