DAY RETURN EXCURSION TO RAKHIGARH

  Dear Parents,   We are pleased to inform you that we have organised a trip for our students to Rakhi Garh on 24th March 2014 and teachers will accompany the excursion. Please find the itinerary below.   The cost Includes: Transportation as mentioned in the itinerary and sightseeing by 2x2 AC Coach, All meals as per itinerary, Mineral water enroute travel only, evening snacks on daily basis and Tour Manager from Cox & Kings.  

24/03/14: Delhi Rakhigarh Delhi (150 Km each way) Dept. 07:00 hrs / Arr. 20:00 hrs + 1 06:30 AM: Assemble at School 07:00 AM: Board the SML coach and depart for Rakhigarh, 08:30 AM: Breakfast enroute. 09:30 AM: Continue drive to Rakhi Garh 12:00 PM: Arrive Rakhigarh and visit the excavation site. 12:00PM: Guided tour by social activist Mr.Wazir Chand. 03:00 PM: Depart from Rakhigarh 04:00 PM: Lunch enroute. 05:00 PM: Continue drive to School 08:00 PM: Arrive at School in the evening (B & L)

COST DOES NOT INCLUDE:

• Expenses and services of a personal nature telephone calls, and snacks not specified in hotel, room service, non alcoholic beverages, insurance, laundry and porterage

• Any service not mentioned in the tour Tour Cost Includes and the itinerary

CHECK LIST FOR ITEMS TO CARRY: - SCHOOL IDENTITY CARD (COMPULSORY) - A good walking shoes / sport shoes - Please tag tour belongings - Any prescribed medicine NOTE: - Take care of your own your own baggage. - Students are advised not to carry expensive items like Mobile, cameras, jewellry or extra cash. In case any student is carrying them, it will be at their own risk & neither the School authorities nor the tour operator will be responsible. If you are interested in including your ward in the group with the itinerary given, please fill the consent form and return it with the full tour cost in Cash.
