For Parents of classes 7 and 8

Dear Parents of Classes VII and VIII,

As per the CBSE guidelines w.e.f. 2026–27, students currently in Classes VII & VIII will continue studying three languages .

One-time relaxation:

If your child has already selected and started studying two non-native languages (e.g., English  and French), he or she will continue with one Bhartiya Bhasha as the third language and all three till Class X.
 
This third language will be assessed internally by the School only when the student reaches Class X and there will be no CBSE Board exam.

The aim is meaningful, engaging language learning without exam pressure.
