Dear Parents,

The significant accomplishment of the batch of 2014 of class XII of The Indian School deserves to be applauded.Their achievement is an example that excellence isn't a skill, it's an attitude .

I am proud to share their CBSE results with you.

Students of class XII have scaled new heights of excellence with Arsh Aggarwal and Parul Arora emerging School toppers with 97.4% each.

Streamwise highest scores have also shown improvement:-

  • Commerce : Arsh Aggarwal and Parul Arora both scoring 97.4%.
  • Humanities: Sonal Gupta 96.8%.
  • Science : Nakul Chodha and Maneet Singh both scoring 95.6%.
 

There are five students who have secured a perfect score of 100% in various subjects i.e., Psychology, Painting, Economics and Business Studies.

Six students have emerged CBSE Subject Toppers. They represent top 0.1% of all candidates who will be awarded merit certificates by CBSE.

  • Arsh Aggarwal in Economics 100
  • Sehaj Monga in Psychology 100
  • Sonal Gupta in Psychology 100 and History 99
  • Lakshika Sharma in Business Studies 100
  • Devika Gupta in Painting 100
  • Sanjula Sethi in Political Science 99.
 

The overall School average has significantly risen from 85.6% last year to 88.2% in 2014.

The overall school's average is also impressive.

  • Science 88.4%
  • Commerce 91.9%
  • Humanities 90.6%
 

63 students appeared in the class XII board examinations this year, of which 43 ( 68.25% ) have achieved an average score ( best of four subjects) of above 90%.

Nakul Chodha, Maneet Singh, Ishaan Sharma, Arsh Aggarwal, Lakshika Sharma, Sehaj Monga, Parul Arora, Aakansha Verma, Aafreen Bawa, Sonal Gupta and Ishan Mehandru have secured A1 in all five subjects.

A1 scores are amongst the top 12.5% in the country, in a particular subject.

85.71% i.e., 54 out of 63 students have scored A1 in one or more subjects.
