Parent Consent For Offline Classes in Pre-Primary
Dear Parents,
As you are aware, the Delhi government has permitted schools to restart offline classes.
We are therefore starting offline classes from 17 November, 2021. Students will be called in batches for approximately one and half hours at a time. Offline classes will be held thrice a week i.e. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays .
SCHEDULE FOR OFFLINE/ONLINE CLASSES
Reporting Time: 7:45 am
Commencement of classes: 8 am
Pick up Time : 9:30 am
Batches will be made as per the numbers of students for whom we receive parent consent.
Please note that students must follow COVID APPROPRIATE BEHAVIOUR at all times. They must carry their own mask, sanitizer, napkin and water bottle. Parents will need to pick and drop their wards or otherwise manage transport to and from School.
If you wish to send your ward for the offline classes to be held at School, kindly fill in the consent form below and mail it back to the class teacher latest by 15 November, 2021.

PARENT CONSENT FORM TO ATTEND SCHOOL ON A VOLUNTARY BASIS FOR THE PURPOSE OF ATTENDING CLASSES AND TAKING GUIDANCE FROM THE TEACHERS

I am aware that School will follow appropriate social distancing and other norms to accord priority to the health and safety of all students.
I also understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or getting infected by COVID-19 may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of parents, students, and others, including, but not limited to, The Indian School staff. I therefore will not hold the School management/ principal/ staff liable for the same.
I shall come to drop and pick up my ward from School on all such occasions.
