I hope this letter finds you well.
I am writing to express my heartfelt appreciation for successfully organising School's Sports Day, which turned out to be a grand success. The meticulous planning and execution of the event truly reflected the school's commitment to fostering a holistic learning environment.
I would like to extend my gratitude for the distinguished presence of Mrs. Meenakshi Lekhi, the Chief Guest and Hon’ble Minister of State for External Affairs and Culture. Her attendance added immense value to the occasion, motivating and encouraging not only the students but also the parents who attended the event. Such influential personalities contribute significantly to the overall inspiration and aspirations of our school community.
I would also like to convey special thanks to Brinda Ma’am, Tania Ma’am, and all the teachers who played an instrumental role in making The Indian School's Sports Day a fantastic and memorable event. Their dedication, hard work, and attention to detail were evident throughout the celebrations. Additionally, I would like to commend the school's sports and cultural department for their outstanding efforts, which were instrumental in the success of the event.
The children's performances, which were focused on fitness and health, were not only entertaining but also served as a reminder of the importance of physical well-being. It is heartening to see the school promoting a holistic approach to education by incorporating such aspects into extracurricular activities.
Furthermore, the facilities provided at the event were widely appreciated by parents. The smooth coordination and thoughtful arrangements contributed to the overall positive experience for everyone involved. It is evident that the school values the comfort and satisfaction of its stakeholders.

ASHWINI PRAKASH - Sports day 2023-24 feedback
Respected ma'am,
Greetings.My husband and I attended the annual sports day .We did not know that we were in for a treat!
From the music performance in the beginning,to the grand finale,it kept us hooked throughout the whole performance.
Our favourites were the dances.The dances spectacularly portrayed the different dances from different parts of the country captured our heart.My husband who studied in Bombay became nostalgic after seeing the lezim dance.
We have been seeing many sports day events in different schools due to our frequent transfers and this was the best one yet.Unlike other schools,The Indian School actually stuck to the theme!
Of course,the races were one of the highlights!The joy on the faces of the children, irrespective of winning or losing,was a sight to behold.Their enthusiasm gave us all the warmth needed on the cold winter morning.
Overall,Kudos to the The staff and students of The Indian School!It was truly a mesmerizing show to watch!

Dear Ma’am,
At the outset, we would like to extend our heartfelt congratulations to the School and the students for the success of the Sports Day 2023.
The atmosphere was filled with excitement, showcasing not just athletic prowess but also the fascinating dance performances that made us tap our feet unknowingly.
Sports play a pivotal role in nurturing the importance of fitness, perseverance and determination among students.
If we may, we would like to make a humble suggestion to please also increase the scope of the next edition by including long races, relay races, shot put, long jump, javelin throw, etc. We had these as part of the Sports Day organisation when we were in School. This can lead to a holistic experience and engagement of the students.

Heartiest congratulations to all the teachers and students for successful completion of such a huge event. It was such a spectacular presentation of multiple cultures and traditions of our country, a grand show of unity in diversity.
We, as parents, are grateful to you all for the enormous hard work and tireless effort you have put into the project of shaping the future of our kids.
Just one thing I want to convey that the song performed as Assamese Bihu was in Bengali language, not in Assamese. There is an Assamese version of this song which is very old..dated back to the year 1953...and now the Bengali version is popular and well known.
There may be some confusion as both the languages and cultures have many similarities.

The event was properly planned. What I like the most was participation of majority students.
It was really a pleasure to see our child performing so well and enjoying
every moment.
The learners never seize to amaze!
it’s amazing how the self - motivated kids understood what needs to be done, collaborated with their team members, motivated & helped each other, practised and executed it with finesse!
Each and every students were given opportunity to exhibit their diverse skills. It was never like that they are being compelled to perform rather they were enjoying it like my daughter did.

We feel really honoured and proud be part of the extravagant event organized by The Indian school at Thyagraj stadium.

The pleasure of seeing our kids performing af such a big scale and getting appreciation for same is something beyond explaining in words. The efforts made by teachers and student, staff was visible and commendable.i would like to thank and congratulate each and every member involved in the show.
Must appreciate the effort of staff member who were standing through out the show in the ground holding animal figures.
