THE INDIAN SCHOOL PRE-SCHOOL AND PRE-PRIMARY 2017-18 SPLASH POOL ACTIVITY

Dear Parents, Summer is the perfect time for a splash! So, this year too we plan to include water play in the timetable. This is a great activity to indulge in, as it helps to strengthen the childs body balance, muscle strength and coordination and boosts social growth as children get an opportunity to interact with one another in fun. Kindly note the following to take the maximum benefit from this activity: The splash pool activity will start from Monday, 24thApril, 2017. Kindly refer to the schedule given below:

Looking forward to your cooperation so that the children have a great learning experience. There will be separate groups for boys and girls and the activity will be conducted alternatively with skating. In the first(1st to 7th) and third(15th to 21st) week of the month, girls will have the Splash Pool activity while boys will have Skating. In the second (8th to 14th)and fourth(22nd to 31st) week of the month, the boys will have the Splash Pool Activity and girls will have Skating. The children need to come in the regular School uniform, wearing the swimsuit beneath the uniform. Floaters are to be worn instead of School shoes. A towel, comb, set of undergarments, a poly bag to carry back wet clothes and a swimming cap are essential requirements for both boys and girls, failing which they will not be allowed to participate in the activity.
