Programme for practices and show

Tuesday, 27 November :- Practice at School in regular School hours.

Wednesday, 28 November :- Children to report at Tyagaraj Stadium at 8 am. Dispersal from the Stadium at 12.30 pm. Buses and vans have been requested to cooperate with parents for pick up and drop, to and from the Stadium. Parents using private cars to also organise the same.

Children must be dressed in School uniform.

Thursday, 29 November :- Practise at Tyagaraj Stadium in School hours. Children to report at the Stadium in School tracks. Buses and vans have been requested to cooperate with parents for pick up and drop, to and from the Stadium. Parents using private cars to also organise the same.

Friday, 30 November :-Children to report at Tyagaraj Stadium at 8 am in their School track suits. They will go home with their parents after the show. Buses and vans have been requested to cooperate with parents for dropping the children to the Stadium in the morning. Incase you are unable to take your child home after the show, you may coordinate seperately with your transporter for the same.

  Dispersal on Friday, 30 November shall be from the respective enclosures which shall be announced later.  

2. Nursery and kg classes shall be off on Thursday, 29 and Friday, 30 November.
3. Map showing location of Tyagaraj Stadium attached.
4. Children to carry tiffin and a bottle of nimbu pani. Wearing a cap is advisable.
