SPORTS' DAY CIRCULAR

Sports' Day is scheduled on November 30, 2016 at the Thyagaraj Stadium. On account of the practice scheduled for Sports' Day, parents are requested to kindly note the following details and make the necessary pick and drop arrangements for their wards. Parents must coordinate with the van drivers and bus vendors who have been informed of the same. Keeping the safety of students in mind, requests for early departures will not be sanctioned.

Note: Students to report to the Thyagaraj stadium on all days as per the schedule given. No student should be dropped at School.

On 30th November buses will ply in the afternoon only. Hence, parents need to make their own arrangements for picking up their wards after the event is over.

SCHEDULE FOR MONDAY, 28th November, 2016. Classes I & II -7:30 am to 12:30 pm ( In School) Classes III to XII -8 am to 2 pm( Thyagaraj Stadium) Entry and Exit from Gate No 3A for parents. Entry and Exit from Gate No 3B for buses Entry and Exit from Gate 1 for vans .

SCHEDULE FOR 30th NOVEMBER 2016 Classes I to XII 1:45 pm to 6:30 pm Students to report at Thyagaraj Stadium at 1:45 pm to their respective Class Teachers in the designated enclosures. Entry and Exit from Gate No 3A for parents. Entry and Exit from Gate No 3B for buses and vans. Wearing the School I card is mandatory. All students from classes I to V to come dressed in the costume provided, School shoes, black socks, black hair bands, high pony tail for girls. Students participating in the races may carry their sports' shoes. Personal belongings must be neatly labeled with the students name, class and section. Students of classes VI to XII to wear the School summer Sports' uniform. ( check almanac for details). The PT drill costumes should be carried neatly packed in a bag . Parents are advised to carry snacks and soft drinks for themselves. All students will be provided a snack by School on 30th November only. Students are advised to carry a little extra food for 28th & 29th November. They must carry a large water bottle, labeled with the owners name, class and section on all three days. Food vendors are not permitted on the premises.

DISPERSAL PLAN AFTER THE GRAND FINALE The students will be seated on the field, class wise. Parents may collect students from their respective class enclosures after informing class teachers.

Parents are requested to model exemplary behavior & patience while collecting their wards from the enclosures. Collecting/meeting wards while the events are going on will not be permitted.
