CIRCULAR

A. Schedule for 29 December 2023:
( Practice for Sports Day at Thyagaraj Stadium)

Pre School to Class 12
Timing- 9:00 am to 01:15 pm

1. Students to report at Thyagaraj Stadium at 09:00 am to their respective class teachers who will guide them to their enclosures. Kindly coordinate your transport arrangements so that the children are dropped off and picked up from the Stadium directly. No student should be dropped at School.

2. Students to wear the School track suit with brown/white shoes. School ID card is compulsory.

3. Entry and Exit from Gate No 3A for Self. Parent ID card is mandatory for self pick up.
Entry and Exit from Gate No 3B for buses.
Entry and Exit from Gate 7 for vans.

4. Dispersal timings for all modes of transport as follows.
Pre School and Pre Primary: 12:30pm
Classes I and II 12:45 pm
Classes III to V 01:00 pm
Classes VI to XII 01:15 pm.

5. Students must carry their own tiffin boxes. They must also carry a large water bottle, labelled with the name, class and section.

B. Schedule for 30 December 2023- Sports Day

Pre School to Class 12
Timing 9:30 am to 2:00 pm

 1. Students to reach Thyagaraj Stadium at 09:30 am and report to their respective class teachers.

2. Entry and Exit from Gate No 3A for Self/parents. Parent ID card is compulsory.  

Entry and Exit from Gate No 3B for buses.

Entry and Exit from Gate 7 for vans.

NOTE: Parents of those children who normally use the bus but are desirous of picking up their wards themselves, are requested to inform the class teacher in writing in advance.

2. All students to come dressed in the sports day track suit, white shoes and house-specific socks. Personal belongings must be neatly labelled with the name, class and section. Wearing the School ID card is mandatory for every participant.

3. Refreshments will be provided by School to all participants. However, if you wish to send any extra snack for your child, then kindly only send a dry item, nothing that may result in soiling the costume.

4. One invitation card per participant will allow the entry of two adults. Parents are requested to arrive at 10:15 am, and be seated by 10:45 am.

5. Parents are advised to car pool or use public transport to minimise traffic congestion and parking difficulties.

DISPERSAL PLAN AFTER THE GRAND FINALE

1. The students will be seated in the enclosures on the field, class-wise. Parents may collect their wards from their respective class enclosures only after the class specific announcement is made.

2. Parents are specially requested to exercise patience while collecting their wards from the enclosures. Contacting the children while the events are going on is NOT permitted.
