AEON, 2013 held on 26 July.

On 26 July 2013, our School hosted AEON 2013, an Annual Interschool Computer Symposium to celebrate Information Technology, so essential for Indias modernization, progress and freedom. More than 200 students from 26 leading public schools of Delhi/ NCR participated in several categories: AEON Design, DJ, Arcade, Theatre ,Tech and Surprise.

The Chief Guest for the occasion, Dr Gautam Shroff, Vice President and Chief Scientist, TCS, lauded the school's effort in providing an eclectic forum to stimulate and ignite brilliant young minds. The judges for the event were Dr. Vinayak S. Naik and Dr. Somitra Kumar Sanadhya professors at IIIT Delhi.

The event witnessed an outstanding exposition of talent as young aspiring IT professionals who made impressive presentations on topics as diverse as Save the Girl Child to Social Networking. The School Dramatics Club seized this opportunity to pay a tribute to the victims of the Uttarakhand tragedy by staging a heartwarming performance.

Modern School, Barakhamba Road won the 1st prize in AEON Arcade; Cambridge School Srinivaspuri took the 1st position in DJ Aeon; Tagore International School, EOK won the 1st place in Aeon Surprise while DPS Vasant Kunj was declared the proud winner of the Rolling Trophy, having secured the 1st position in AEON Theatre and AEON Tech.
