DPS, Sector 45, Gurgaon, organized the RWYC GOONJ – An International Cultural Fest-2023 on Friday, 24 November 2023, in collaboration with ‘Reconnecting with Your Culture’ (RWYC), promoted by the ‘EdA Esempi di Architectura (Italia)’ and UNESCO.
The festival aimed at exploring the theme ‘Umang…Together in Celebration,’ encouraging a collective appreciation for the diverse cultural traditions, customs, and artistic expressions.
The event featured various events showcasing cultural facets that align with the theme. It focused on transcending borders and barriers, celebrating diversity, and fostering a sense of collective appreciation for the global mosaic of traditions. This inclusive perspective not only celebrated diversity but also propelled towards progress and innovation.
Nineteen national and international schools participated in this cultural festival, including Lotus Valley School, Gurugram; DPS, Jaipur; Pallavi Model School, Alwal; D.A.V Public School, Gurugram, among others. All participating schools received ‘High Commendation’ and ‘Appreciation’ certificates. Our school received notable recognition in various categories.
