Biodiversity Workshop for class 8
The Indian School organised an enriching biodiversity workshop for class 8 on 17 November 2025, facilitated by Dr Balwinder Kaur, Nature Education Officer at the Aravalli Biodiversity Park. Over 200 pupils participated in the two-hour programme, which featured an insightful talk, an exploratory walk through the School garden, and a practical planting session involving four native species. Students also crafted striking posters celebrating local flora and fauna.
On the nature walk, the pupils diligently completed observation sheets, documenting the flora and fauna encountered on campus. The workshop not only deepened their understanding of biodiversity but also instilled a sense of responsibility towards conserving our natural heritage.
