On 29th November 2017 a career guidance fair was organised by the GHPS Society between 10 am and 4 pm in the Gurdwara Rakab Ganj Sahib Complex at Central Secretariat.
19 students of class 11 from all three subject streams were selected to visit this fair. Here our students got an opportunity to interact with children of several other schools. They also picked up ideas and information on career options.
[gallery link="file" order="DESC"] [gallery link="file" order="DESC"]The fair was organised in collaboration with universities, other institutes of higher learning and vocational training centres. Representatives of these had put up their stalls to guide the visiting students.
Our students used this opportunity to clarify doubts and absorb fresh perspectives regarding new career options such as jewellery designing, footwear designing etc. The students also visited a simulation display by the Air Force School.
It was an enriching and informative experience and we look forward to attend more events of this nature in the near future.
