The choir comprised 40 students accompanied by their teachers- Ms Martina Roy, Ms Bernadette Bedi, Ms Sheetal Singh, Ms Othilia Fernandes, Ms Shikha Sharma and Ms Supriya Sahay Gupta.
The choir began with an introduction by Rayaan Paul Sah of class IV-E, who welcomed the gathering and gave a brief insight into the history of carol singing.

Dressed in rich hues of red and green, the young Indianites presented twelve carols. From Joy to the World, Silent Night and The First Noel to more widely known carols like Jingle Bells and Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer, the choir delighted its audience. The group also attempted an acapella version of the famous carol- Little Drummer Boy. The soulful numbers spread the message of peace, love, compassion and joy, which resonated with the spirit of Christmas.
The performance touched a magical crescendo whenall the students present in the assembly, from classes I-V joining in to sing along with the choir! Christmas had truly come!
