Recycling: Turning the Ordinary into Extraordinary.

The concept of recycling can be likened to a form of magic. Transforming discarded items into new creations is not only a fascinating process but also an essential practice for the well-being of our planet. A workshop on recycling, titled 'Best Out of Waste,' was organised on 1 August 2023 for the enthusiastic students of class VII.

The significance of recycling was vividly conveyed to the students during this interactive workshop. The students were not just informed but also empowered with practical skills. They were taught how to craft beautiful baskets utilising discarded cartons and old newspaper. This hands-on experience familiarised them with basic crafting techniques and taught them to reuse discarded objects. The workshop became a platform for nurturing creativity, promoting sustainability and fostering an appreciation for the art of repurposing. The students embraced their newfound skills with enthusiasm and dedication.

The students not only imbibed the essence of recycling but also carried home tokens of their creative journey, now proudly displayed as a reminder that, with a touch of imagination, anything can be turned into a masterpiece.
