Class 2D virtually meets peers in Russia

On 30 November 2021, the students of class 2D and their teacher, Ms Jaspreet Kaur, interacted with the students of the Lyceum 1 School in Kansk, Russia and their teacher, Ms Golubeva Lyudmila.

The session began with the two peer groups greeting each other in their native languages. Then, Ms Lyudmila conducted a quiz based on general knowledge. Naina of class 2D made School proud by securing the second position in the Quiz!

Next, Ivan presented an insight into the Russian school by sharing images of his school classrooms, swimming pool, skating rink, and the canteen area.

Thereupon, Shanaya, Aagya, Advik, Vedant, Hridaan, Titiksha, Yohan, Aadyant and Naina described the national symbols of India and her capital city. They also shared attractive visuals of The Indian School with their Russian counterparts. The session concluded with the School song.

The session was extremely engaging for the students on both sides as they happily and freely spoke to each other. It was a good experience for our children where they contributed to sharing knowledge on a virtual platform with their peers from a different part of the world.
