On 7 May 2024, an intra class Debate in Hindi was organised for the students of class 7. Two students participated from each section. The topics for debate were ‘Time table ka bandhan todo, kab kya kerna hum per chodo’, ‘Jahan chaah, wahan raah, ‘ Asafalta safalta ki siddhi hai’.
The judges at the event were Hindi HOD, Dr Shikha Sharma, and TGT Sanskrit Ms Vidusha Sharma. They evaluated the participants based on content, clarity, pronunciation, voice modulation, adherence to the time limit and overall impact of the arguments.
The speakers were awarded for their exceptional skills. Yashovardhan Saini, (VII E) secured the First Position, Shaurya Gupta (VII E) secured the Second Position, Aaryamann Kapoor (VII A) secured the Third Position and the Fourth Position was taken by Gunseerat Kaur (VII D).
It was a valuable opportunity for students to express their opinions, improve their public speaking and develop critical thinking skills. The students were engaged in healthy discussions and learnt from each other’s perspectives.
