Class Assembly by 2E On Childrens Day

On 13 November 2024, the students of class 2E organised a delightful and informative assembly to celebrate Children’s Day. The event was well-planned and engaging, offering students a deeper understanding of the significance of the day.

The assembly began with a short yet insightful presentation on the life of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, which was followed by an explanation by the class teacher. The students learned about his contributions to the country and his special bond with children, which made him affectionately known as 'Chacha Nehru'.

During the session, several fascinating and lesser-known facts about Chacha Nehru were shared, leaving everyone surprised and intrigued. To make the assembly more interactive, the students of class 2E conducted a quiz based on Nehru's life. The quiz added an element of excitement and encouraged everyone to actively participate, making the event even more enjoyable.

To bring the assembly to a heartwarming conclusion, the entire class recited a beautiful poem dedicated to Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru. Each student held a rose as a prop, symbolising the love and respect they have for the leader who cared deeply for children. The assembly was not only informative but also a meaningful tribute to the legacy of Pandit Nehru, leaving the students with a sense of appreciation for his contributions.
