EARTH DAY at the National Science Centre, 22 April, 2012.
On 22 April, our studentsexhibited enthusiam and spontaneousparticipation in the various competitions organised at the National Science Centre on the occasion of Earth Day.24 students from classes 6 9 participated in the different competitions. accompanied by theirteachers. Quiz, Paintingand Essay writing were offered and were all set upon the theme of Climatic changes' and Mother Earth.
Several important personalities associated with the Centre alsoenlightened the participants and reinforced the responsibility of their generation towards Mother Earth.
Other participating schools were Bal Bharti, Army Public School, Noida, Mahavir Senior Model School among many others. Our Arunima Bhutani, 9C and Urja Chhabra, 9A took first and second positions in the essay writing competition respectively!
