FAPS Basketball

It speaks to the youth in a language they understand. sports can create hope where once there was only despair. Its more powerful than government in breaking down racial barriers."

The Indian School has always believed in the overall development of a student . It has always emphasised on co-curricular activities of the students. Thus, regular coaching is held on the school premises. The players and coaches train hard to bring laurels to School.

Frank Anthony School organised their annual inter school sports' tournament which included football, volleyball and basketball. Our School took part in the basketball league tournament which started on 6 October, 2015. Many schools of Delhi-NCR participated. The Indian School boys and girls qualified for the finals ....they aimed for bringing laurels to school and they eventually did! The Indianites girls team were the winners of the tournament in the girls' category and the boys brought the runners' title to School. The Indian School's effort for co curricular development finally paid price. Each student personally received a medal and merit certificate while the whole team received trophies.

Due to continuous success in the field of sports our players believe that "winning is not everything but making the effort to win is."
