Father's Day celebrations in Pre primary

A fathers selfless love is pivotal in nurturing the child. Every year, children celebrate Fathers Day to honour the unconditional love of fathers.

The pre-primary students of The Indian School celebrated Fathers Day virtually with great enthusiasm on 18 June 2021. The youngsters were delighted to share special moments with their dads during the session.

The little budding singers sang songs dedicated to fathers. In turn the inspired dads reciprocated with performances of their own! From mimicking their children to singing their favourite songs, the excited fathers entertained the youngsters with dance, music and comic acts. A couple of fathers recited nursery rhymes to the delight of the little munchkins.

The fathers thoroughly enjoyed the activities and applauded the teachers for the memorable event. It made them feel nostalgic and took them down memory lane and relive their own school years! The ecstatic children wrapped their tender arms around their dads in warm and affectionate hugs to express their love and appreciation.

The cherry on the cake was the exciting craft work which comprised of the students crafting a shirt and tie for their dads!

The session concluded on a happy note, with the fathers thanking the teachers for putting together an excellent show.
