Ganpati Bappa Morya...Pre-primary

On 19 September, 2013, the Pre-primary department collected in a colourful procession carrying their Ganpati Bappa aloft, to loud chants of Ganpati Bappa Morya and the rhythm of the dholak, harmonium and manjeera. Dressed in traditional attire and armed with energy they drew participation from all levels as they proceeded through the School corridors, distributing sweets along the way. Teachers, staff and children equally mounted the momentum!

The procession culminated in the immersion of the idol in a pool. No more than one idol was immersed to reinforce the need to preserve our precious ecology.
