Holi celebrations in Pre primary

The Pre Primary Department of The Indian School celebrated Holi with immense enthusiasm, filling the air with vibrant colours, laughter, and excitement. The little ones participated in the festivities with great zeal, making the occasion truly joyful.

The children played Holi using handmade organic colours and flower petals, ensuring an eco-friendly and safe celebration. Their cheerful faces reflected the spirit of the festival, as they immersed themselves in the colourful celebrations.

As part of the creative activities, the children were engaged in a magical painting experience, creating beautiful butterflies with vibrant splashes of colour, enhancing their sensory and artistic skills.

Adding to the festive joy, the young learners showcased their talent by dancing to lively Holi folk songs like 'Bhari pichkari rang udayide', completely losing themselves in the rhythm and joy of the moment. They also came together to sing othrr traditional Holi songs like 'Holi Aayi, Holi Aayi', spreading happiness and festivity all around.

Principal, Ms Tania Joshi, and Head Teacher-Primary, Ms Vandana Tiwari, graced the occasion with their warmth and encouragement. They appreciated the efforts of both the children and teachers in making the celebration memorable.

The colourful festivities not only highlighted the cultural significance of the festival but also promoted inclusivity, creativity, and teamwork. Through various activities, the students were able to experience the essence of Holi while fostering a sense of togetherness.
