On July 21 and 22, 2023, Apeejay School, Saket organised an event titled Dr Stya Paul Memorial Mathematics Quest 2023', an annual inter-school Mathematics competition. Dr Chandrika Kaushik, Scientist and Director, General Production Coordination and Services Interaction, was the chief guest.
On the first day was a Mathematics seminar for teachers, where participants presented papers on Innovative Practices in Teaching-Learning of Mathematics, based on the NEP.
On the second day, there were five competitions for students, which provided them a platform to unravel their skills at Mathematics. The five events were Ori Geometry for classes III and IV, Warli and Math for classes IV and V, Mathematics Model Making for classes VI to VIII, Pattern-o-metry for classes IX and X, and Mathematics Extempore for classes XI and XII.
Our teacher, Ms Asha Laxmi received the award for 'Commendable Performance' for Paper Presentation.
