Honours at inter school IT competition

Apeejay School, Noida, organised an online IT Competition Code 2021-22 on 19 January 2021. This event comprised several technology-based competitions for students of classes III XII. The event provided an excellent opportunity for students to think 'out of the box' and showcase their talents. 22 schools from across Delhi- NCR participated in this two day IT event.

Ekveer Sahoo and Manan Kakkar of class X secured the Third Position in WEBD for their website on wildlife conservation.

Aarav Bansal and Rishima Dubey of class VII D came in Third Position in APP DEVELOPMENT for their healthcare app with a BMI calculator, meditation, deep breathing exercise, calorie requirement, location of nearby hospitals and an eye retina test.

Arjun Tara and Aditya Dhiman of class IVC participated in PICTURESQUE CANVAS, an MS Paint event, in which they created a story strip using their ingenuity and imagination. Avi Kapoor of class VA submitted a scratch file on 'the 31st Century World With Artificial Intelligence' in STIRRING SPIRIT.

Sejal Gupta of class XD participated in the quiz on technology, science, logic and reasoning. CODE++ saw Anushka Saxena and Devansh Boi of class XIIA submit a real-world application working prototype in the Python based framework event.

In GAMING, Auro Sankalp and Nikhil Jain of class XII C, Samarth Suri of XIID, Omar Rizwan and Yatharth Bisht of class XIA showcased their skills in the game where one player from each team played the death math. The top 8 teams qualified for the finals to play a standard 5v5 match.

The talented pair, Sharanya Mushran of class XIIA and Haritamaa Sharma of class XA, participated in the MOVIE MAKING event. The girls made a movie, Walking Down the Memory Lane of 2021, using the stop motion technique.

It was an enriching experience where students learned about upcoming technologies in a hands on way. They were delighted at the opportunity to showcase their skills on a popular inter school platform.
