Dr. Stya Paul Memorial Mathematics Quest 2022-23, was organised by Apeejay School Saket, on 5th and 6th August 2022. It is an annual event, curated by the School. To innovate new mathematical pedagogy integrating art, a seminar for teachers, was held on 5th August.
On August 6, an array of competitions were arranged with the agenda of providing students a platform to unravel their innate potential and to experience the joy of Mathematics. The competitions were as follows-
Shapes from Tangrams for classes III-IV, Mathematical Song for classes IV-V, Toys from Trash for classes VI-VII, Rubik Race for classes VIII-IX-X and Mathematics Extempore for classes XI-XII. One student from each level participated in all the five categories from our School.
The event culminated on 6 August with the declaration of the result. Ms Minoo Sethi, teacher representative of our School was awarded Commendable Performance for Paper Presentation. Adrika Chowdhury VI, and Manha Furquan VII, secured the Third Position in the event Toys from Trash. Bismanpreet Kaur of class V received a Certificate of Appreciation for Mathematical Song.
