Honours at inter school movie making competition

Mohammad Umar and Vahid Ghanbari of class X-D secured the second position in an event titled Directors Cut held online by Amity International School, Gurugram. The event required participants to make a short movie in English on the topic provided to them. The movie was to be made in a way that it conveyed an inspirational message. The topic received by our students was Millenial Resilient Future and COVID 19' and this was explored in its varied aspects for making a film, namely, acting, direction, background music and special effects. The directorial and technical skills helped our team produce a worthy piece which was greatly appreciated by the judges. The short movie conveyed the millenials resilience and fight against the ongoing pandemic. They showcased how the millenials are a generation that is capable of turning any adverse situation to advantage!
