Pre school Agena celebrated Valentines Day in a unique way on 14th February, 2017. The venue for the assembly was accoutred for the occasion. The girls looked pretty in pink and red and the boys looked smashing in formal wear. Each adorned beautiful head gear made of hearts
to match.
All the children played a role and showcased the different forms of love; love for family, for friends and for nature.
The assembly began with an introduction about Valentines Day, followed by a choral singing of two self composed songs that conveyed love for ones family and ones friends. The children were keen to emphasise that Valentines Day was not just of significance amongst friends but also amongst family.
[gallery link="file"]As much as we love our families and friends, we need to love Mother Nature too was another message put forth by our little ones. Some students dressed as monkeys, crocodiles and trees came forward to articulate their love for Mother Earth and her animal kingdom.
The assembly ended with a foot-tapping group dance by the children. A lively performance, enjoyed by one and all!
