Independence Day Celebrations in Pre primary

Lets salute the nation on this auspicious day
Students of Pre primary Leo presented a special assembly to celebrate Independence Day on 14 August, 2019 in the School auditorium.
A rich round edutainment unfolded as tribute was paid to the nations 73rd Independence Day. Youn Tanishka Fulfagar spoke to describe importance of this momentous day. This was followed by a skit on freedom and the value of sovereignty.
The next act was a creativelychoreographed dance presentation on a much loved patriotic song, Rang De Basanti.

The assembly culminated with a string of patriotic songs sung with vigour and enthusiasm by the pre primary choir. Their scintillating performance filled everyones hearts with pride on the occasion.
Principal, Ms Tania Joshi appreciated the efforts of the little ones and reiterated simply, the value of responsibility and compassion that flow from the freedom that our ancestors fought for and won. The assembly provided a rich learning for the students in an entertaining way.
Each student of the pre primary lovingly crafted a personal tricolour to decorate the classroom. Strings of little flags fluttering in the classes made for a joyous ambience. Indeed, it was a day of elation, jubilation and pride for the motherland, instilling values and reverence in the heart of the young Indianites.
