Inter House Rangometry and Sudoku competition

The 'Inter-house Rangometry Competition 2023' was successfully organised by Surya House on 13th May. The competition catered to the students of classes 3 to 5, who were encouraged to demonstrate their artistic prowess by creating geometric artworks using recyclable materials.

Each participating house assembled a team consisting of one student from classes 3, 4, and 5, and their submissions were evaluated based on criteria such as creativity, organisation and presentation, utilisation of eco-friendly and biodegradable materials, and adherence to punctuality.

The students showcased impressive skills and resourcefulness as they transformed waste materials into visually captivating artworks employing geometric shapes. After a meticulous assessment process, Chandra House emerged as the victor, displaying exceptional talent and craftsmanship. Indra House earned the distinction of being Runner-Up, closely trailing the winning house. Surya House achieved a commendable third place, while Varun House secured the fourth position in the competition.

Concurrently, an engaging Sudoku competition was held for the students in classes 6 to 11. Each house nominated one student per class level to participate. Participants were given diverse Sudoku puzzles categorised as easy, medium, and hard and were allotted a time limit of 45 minutes to complete their puzzles.

The Sudoku competition showcased the students' analytical acumen and problem-solving abilities, with Chandra House excelling and securing the first position, closely followed by Indra House.

Overall, the Inter-house Rangometry Competition and the Sudoku competitions provided a platform for students to exhibit their artistic talents and intellectual prowess, fostering a sense of healthy competition and skill development within the school community.
