Learning the letters with craft in Pre primary

We continuously integrate activities that stimulate holistic learning even as they engage and amuse.

To facilitate a recap of the Hindi alphabet, b, the teachers of Pre primary engaged in an assortment of activities. These activities simultaneously enabled an exercise of strengthening of the fine motor skills and eye- hand coordination of the children.

PP Leo and PP Gemini drew ducks or batak and coloured them, PP Orion drew and coloured monkeys or bandar and PP Vega crafted umbrellas with origami sheets to protect from the rain or baarish! The art was then strung up in the classrooms for all the children to see and comprehend how each of these had a name beginning with a common alphabet and sound. They could be seen excitedly exchanging notes and nodding approvingly too!

Multiple faculties got exercised thus- observation, motor skills, linkages and language in an exercise of edutainment.
