On 18th August, 2015, four students of our School, namely, Manav Arora and Preity Beri ( Class X), Anshu Sareen (Class XII) and Prakhar Gupta (Class XI) accompanied by Ms. Mini Bhadran went over to Birla Vidya Niketan, Saket for two different inter-school competitions titled Mind Magic. Manav and Preity participated in the French competition where they were to compose a comic story in French based on the topics given at the venue. The enthusiasm of the children was easily showcased in their work. Ms. Priti Bhutani from Alliance Francaise was chief guest and judge. She is also a member of the faculty at Delhi University. She discussed each story and guided us. This competition was one of its kind because French competitions are not common in schools. There was also a mathematics competition, Math Magic, where Anshu and Prakhar participated. This event comprised of two rounds. The first round was a written elimination round in which four teams were selected from 12 schools. Our School was among them. The top four teams were selected for the final round of quiz. and we secured fourth position.mParticipants received certificates of participation.
