Pre primary Department celebrates Dussehra with a Puppet Show and Creative Classroom activities

The Pre School and the Pre Primary children of The Indian School celebrated Dussehra on 25 September 2025 with a captivating puppet show in the School auditorium, by their teachers and graced by Principal Ms Tania Joshi and Head Teacher–Primary Ms Vandana Tiwari.

The performance brought the Ramayana to life, highlighting the triumph of good over evil. With synchronised background audio, the storytelling became more engaging, leaving the children spellbound with awe, applause, and curiosity.

Through this creative medium, the young learners absorbed valuable lessons from the Sanskara Syllabus, including respect for elders, honesty, following rules, and the victory of goodness. The celebration continued in classrooms with crown-making as craft and role plays by the Pre School children, while the Pre Primary students designed Dussehra greeting cards to share the festive joy with their families.
