Pre School Capella presents a special assembly on Dussehra and Diwali
On 25 October 2024, the students of Pre School Capella, hosted an engaging assembly to celebrate the festivals of Dussehra and Diwali. The event was a delightful blend of culture, creativity, and environmental awareness.
The assembly began with a lively rhyme titled "Ram Baade Veer Thhe", in which the children recounted the heroic tales of Lord Rama. Their enthusiastic recitation captivated the audience, highlighting the themes of bravery and righteousness associated with the festival of Dussehra.
Following the rhyme, the students presented an informative skit on "Clean and Green Diwaliā€¯. The skit showcased simple yet meaningful ways to celebrate Diwali responsibly, emphasising the importance of using eco-friendly materials, reducing waste, and keeping our surroundings clean. Through their performances, the children conveyed the message of enjoying the festival while also being mindful of and caring for the environment.
To conclude the assembly, the children presented a vibrant dance to the popular Diwali song "Mere tumhare, sabke liye, Happy Diwali". Their joyful movements and contagious energy infused the room with festive spirit, bringing smiles to the faces of both, their classmates and teachers.
