Pre school visits Bal Bhawan
On Friday, September 26, 2025, 135 little explorers of Pre School, accompanied by 12 teachers and two support staff, set out on an exciting adventure to Bal Bhawan. The morning buzzed with cheerful anticipation as the children sang “The Wheels on the Bus” on their lively ride.
Their first thrill awaited in the form of a colourful toy train ride. Giggles and wide-eyed wonder filled the air as the train chugged through the grounds. “This train is moving like a caterpillar!” exclaimed Kashvvi of PS Delphini, while the others joyfully shared their first train experience.
Inside, the children explored an art gallery adorned with vibrant paper, wood, and cloth creations. Life-sized animal models and miniature village scenes sparked curiosity and thoughtful questions about nature and rural life.
At the museum, a magnificent fighter plane captured their imagination. “It flies like a bird!” announced Shreya of PS Agena, as the teachers explained how an aircraft soars through the sky. The excitement continued at the Taramandal, where the children were awestruck by a galaxy of stars and planets. Ayaan of PS Hercule eagerly shared his knowledge of astronauts and Chandrayaan 2.
At the Mini Zoo, the children delighted in feeding parrots and observing rabbits and guinea pigs, learning to treat animals with gentleness and care. “We have to be nice to them so they are happy,” said Ibrahim from PS Capella, reflecting the empathy that the visit inspired.
The aquarium offered another magical experience as the children marvelled at the colourful fish gliding through the water. “How do they breathe in water?” wondered Advik from PS Capella, his curiosity sparkling.
Their final stops, the Traffic Park and the Wood Park, combined fun and learning. Singing the “Traffic Light Song” reinforced road safety in an engaging way, while the serene Wood Park inspired awe. “The trees are so tall!” said Kyra of PS Delphini, as the children admired the beauty of nature.
Guided lovingly by their teachers, the young learners experienced a perfect blend of fun, discovery, and learning. The visit to Bal Bhawan was a truly memorable day—planting seeds of curiosity and wonder that will continue to bloom in their hearts.
