Rubik's Cube Competition

Students of class IX, Saransh, Aueshic and I organised a cubing competition for classes 6 to 9 on 6 February, 2014 in the Computer Lab. All the students who knew how to solve Rubik's cube, participated in the competition. The time taken be each participant was recorded with the help of a computer software, the Prizma Puzzle Timer. Each student solved the cube three times and then their average time taken was found. On the basis of this average of the students, the results were formulated. If the students were caught eyeing a neighbour's method or if the time achieved was above 1 minute and 40 seconds they were disqualified. Results were as follow
