Special assembly for Christmas by Primary

The name 'Christmas' comes from the Mass of Christ. This Mass was the only one that was allowed to take place after sunset (and before sunrise the next day). So it was promptly held at midnight and took the name Christ-Mass, shortened to Christmas!

Christmas is now celebrated by people around the world. It's a time when family and friends come together and remember the good things they have. People, and especially children, also eagerly await Christmas as it's a time when one gives and receive presents!

Class III D showcased a skit based on the birth of Jesus on 24th December, 2014 in the School auditorium. The students enthusiastically participated and enacted the roles of Mother Mary, Father Joseph, the angels, shepherds, the wise men etc. The students spoke the dialogues confidently and clearly on stage.
