Special Assembly for Independence Day by Preschool Kokab.

With freedom in our minds, Faith in our words And pride in our souls, As August arrives, all of us are filled with a spirit of patriotism and unity. This year too the spirit remained high and each level at School began to gear up for Independence Day so they could commemorate it in some special manner. [gallery link="file"] Kokab of Pre-school, organised a special assembly on Friday, August 12th 2016 in the squash court area. The whole court was decorated with Independence Day craft made by our little ones. During the assembly, students of Kokab conveyed important messages and sang inspirational songs such as I Salute My Flag and Nanha Munha Rahi Hu to light up the patriotic instincts of those sitting in the audience. Next was a question and answer round in which the audience was asked questions relating to the programme. Those who answered correctly were given a small flag as a token of appreciation. The assembly finally ended with the national anthem wherein everybody present joined in. Charu and Radhika
