Special Assembly for Janamashtami by Pre-school.
Janmashtami was celebrated in fervour by Pre-school. The children presented a special assembly on the occasion on Thursday 3 September, 2015. They were narrated the famous story about the birth of Lord Krishna in prison and how he grew up to love butter. There were also a little Krishna and Radha besides the other characters from the tale, in our midst in delightful costume!
Each section participated in the special assembly. They together sang 'Krishna khade madhuban'and ' Chotti chhoti gayian'.
From Agena, Anant was dressed as Nanda Baba and Advita as Yashoda

Capella: Yug was Balram
Delphhini: Priyanshu was Sudama
Hercule : Hervie was Rukmani
Kokab : Gouransh was Krishna and Bhavyaa was Radha.
There was a profusion of festival craft including handcrafted headgear with peacock feathers, jhula and bansuri laid out on the occasion. The children proudly walked past the displays of what they themselves has made, animatedly chatting with their friends.
