It was an exciting day for Pre-primary Gemini, as all the children got ready to participate in the class Special Assembly on 27th August15. All the children were given different roles to play like the dolphin, shark, lobster, crab, whale, eel, sea-sponge, crocodile, sea-horse, frog, walrus, squid, turtle, cod, octopus, clownfish, rainbow-fish, oyster, cat-fish, sword fish, snail, angel fish, jelly-fish, gold fish, starfish etc! They all looked adorable, appointed as they were, in special water-animal cut-outs handcrafted by their teacher! The excitement of children was evident when they confidently spoke about the specialities and uniqueness of different water animals on the stage. With the help of clever one-liners a few children spoke about importance of water and keeping it always clean specially for our dear friends who live under the sea. The children also recited a rhyme with actions on aquatic animals. In the process, children imbibed the timeless value of kindness towards animals be they in water or on land. Water animals may be different from us, but they are no less living. They share the right to live freely like the rest of us.

It was a wonderful feeling to see our little stars perform their roles in such poise. As told by Ms. Yashika.
