Special Assembly on Independence Day by class 1B
On 10th August 2016, Class IB of the primary presented an assembly on Independence Day. The assembly began with the children singing the School song. This was followed by a several children taking turns to speak about Independence Day and its significance. The confidence levels these children exhibited were quite exceptional!

Next, a group sang the evergreen melody, Nanha Munha Rahi Hu, Desh Ka Sipahi Hu to the delight of everyone sitting in the audience. Later a short poem was recited in Hindi. It spoke about Indias unity in spite of its vast diversity. Though simply worded, it conveyed a powerful message.
The assembly concluded with everyone standing to sing the national anthem.
