The speakers at the workshop were Mr Y.D. Sharma, Assistant Professor at a Noida college and Ms Sumati Mishra, naturopathy specialist and Hindi language expert. They discussed various methods of simplifying the teaching of the language and making it interesting for children. They suggested that children should be encouraged to make use of the language later in their professional lives too. Many jobs like Intelligence Analyst, Language Data Specialist are emerging in the market which encourage the use of Hindi, they said.

It was also suggested that the principle approach should be to interweave the language with philosophy. Regular meditation sessions with the chant of Aum could be a regular practice at schools. The children should be well acquainted with mythology in the form of stories, poems, dramatisation etc. These steps were recommended in order to help better engage students.

The workshop was interactive and educative.
